I find a quart of ATF to be just as if not more effective than a bottle of engine flush and from what i've talk to others about it's safer. Just my 2 cents
put oil on top of the piston and run the compression test again, if it improves you can bet it's rings if it's the same you head is leaking and it's time for another headgasket job
I would consider compression that low to be a problem. my motor ran with a .030 deep rust ring on the cylinder wall i could even boost but it was burning oil and not making as much power as it should. that's why it's currently apart. Might have ran but it was still a problem

That's because the date on your door is the date of manufacture and not the year the vehicle was sold as, it's very common for the chassis to be built the year before the model is sold.
