I have tried the base maps that come with the aem but they all do strange things. Like the one with 750cc injectors runs lean but the stock one is rich. But I have told it in the wizard that I have 525cc. I don't know much but I would like some help please. Right now I have 525cc precision...

I had drilled and tapped the ge block where the TT block has oil feed but it doesn't have oil there like TT. So I tee off the oil sending unit feed. My oil pressure says below 40psi most of the time

well i got it to idle...but throttle response sucks. tap the gas and it drops engine speed then revs up. OH and the turbo was REALLY HOT after idling and that seemed strange to me, so i cracked the feed line loose, no oil so i backed it off even more till it was off, NO OIL GOING TO TURBO...

Stitch welding mk3 chassis I have a hardtop mk3 and I'm entertaining the idea of strengthing the chassis by stitch welding the seams of the panels on the bottom,shock towers,and the rear subframe. Has there been anyone that has done it or have notes on there research?

Tps is set. Aem was default at 15°btdc,changed it to 10°btdc. Still can't get it to idle. I wants me to pump the gas. So I guess I need to advance the timing at the dizzy?

oye! sounds like a starter worst nightmare. ok so disable the injectors, use the diagnosic port e1 and te1 jumpered,clamp on plug 1 wire and the battery cables on battery for timing light, and crank the motor while pointing gun at crank? and twist the dizzy until i get 10btdc? what do i do...

Just finished my build and got it to crank and halfway run. meaning i have to pump the gas to keep it alive. im wondering maybe my dizzy is off a tooth or i need to set timing. but im not sure how since i have to pump the gas and timing is set at idle.:1zhelp: keep in mind i have just plugged in...
