My daily driver (VW jetta TDI) developed a crack in the transmission today. All 90hp of it. So I jb welded it. Hope it holds til I have it welded. Then I need to look into replacing the rivets in the ring gear which are the probable cause.
Here is my lq9 coil on plug setup, instead of using the 7m CPS im using the 2jzge distributer with a cover that was just made today, oh how i love me a CNC!

still looking for the compression chart but i would use non vvti pistons, but maybe the tt pistons would be better? still looking though
well hold on a minute ill try to find a thread on vvti pistion and hg combinations to compression. i had seen a really good thread on it but didnt save it since im non vvti. but there is good quick torque to be made with the vvti head

well i would go to GTE pistons since i have them on hand but ive read on the club lexus fourm that they are pushing them to 600hp even to 700hp on e85. and 500whp seems atainable with 93 octane. and yes i have messaged daveH and his exact words are "you can get about 500 on stock na pistions and...

While trying to find the turbo thats right for street use i found this build^^^and fell in love :) I would really what to recreate this. I'm thinking 1.3mm...
after some research ive came up with keeping the NA pistons,swapping the 2.4cometic for a OEM TT HG, and swapping out the holset hx35 for a 6262 84ar twin scroll
