I love my precisson 6765 and when I had my pt67, I loved it. I don't know what your goals are but the 6265 seems like a perfect street turbo capable of 750rwhp. On my 6765, I make 624 @ 23psi.

Scott, I didn't find any of the stock intercooling pipes today, but I do have a turbo XS manual boost controller if it will help you.

You're suppose to set the static timing first. You lock the timing on your laptop, check it the proper way with the two terminals jumpered. Whatever the timing reads, mine was six degrees btdc, you then set your static timing to that. It's pretty simple once you've done it a time or two.
