You'll be lucky if it holds at all, doubly so if it's a turbo car. Also, the mess it will make of your water jacket, turbo (if it's still water cooled) and radiator makes it completely a waste of time and money IMO.
I've got to point out that if you put a modicum of effort into your spelling and sentence structure, it would be a lot easier to help you...
In the phrase above, to do you mean to say you set your fuel pressure to 32 psi with the vacuum line on, or with the vacuum line off?
Edit: Ok, based...

There are many variables, as noted in that article.
However, if you're hitting FC at 8psi, you have an unmetered air leak. Swapping out parts randomly isn't going to solve your problem. I will just about guarantee you have a leak.
You guys should try an old Muncie M-22 rock crusher... I had one in my old Chevelle SS. Makes the R-154 feel like a hot knife going through butter. Noisy as hell too... Sounded like a supercharger.
Super tight ratio tranny with way too tall 1st gear. Needed a 4.56 rear to get moving well with...
It was an LS1, not an LS2 and the exhaust manifolds glowed after a full throttle pull, not the block:

Which is actually pretty normal. Supra manifolds on big boost cars glow all the time, sometimes the exhaust housing on the turbo does as well.
What grinds my gears?
Ignorance. Willful ignorance. Stupidity can be excused, you have no choice if you're stupid. But willful ignorance, when the facts are right there in front of your face, but you refuse to deal with them because it's easier to wallow in ignorance.
Agggh!
And all of the valves that operate in this manner are designed to be used with a re-circulation fitting.
Simply put, if you operate a valve that operates like this, it shouldn't be vented to atmosphere.
(But most people won't do that because it doesn't "sound cool".)
