just puttin in my two cents. in my experience. no heater and overheating because of a blockage is caused be a clogged heater core. the core doesnt get hot so you have no hot air for the heater. with the heater core being blocked your coolant isnt circulating. only been a mechanic for ten years lol

sure looks like coolant to me dude. ive been a technician for 10 years. and those codes wont cause that white smoke but they will make it run like crap. is the afm and intake temp sensor plugged in?

im kind of curious abount the manifold setup. can you post more pics. are you gonna just block off the hole for the old throttle body. seems like a crap load of mods need to be done for the tps/ vacume line and crap. not knockin it. just interested
