Got my dp back with the wideband bung welded to it, also got my Ic pipe back with the bov flange welded to it. The aluminum piping was very thin so I was afraid he would burn through it with the tig but it came out very good. I am very impressed with this guys welding.
Today I rerouted my lines from my catch can to before the turbo, blocked off the pcv connection to the throttle body, and installed new copper washers on the fuel pulsation damper. For the fitting on my intake arm I used a plumbing fitting that had one barbed end and one threaded end. The...
Well everything has come together nicely, I made a turbo heat shield today compliments of Jong's design:D, also installed my front Cusco strut bar. All I am waiting on now is the pipe with the bov flange welded on.

Well I got my Test pipe welded up today, I previously had a Titan Motorsports Test pipe that had flanges that swivel on it. The piping was only 2.5 inches and I wanted 3 inches so I took it to an exhaust shop and asked them to use 3 inch piping, well low and behold they bring out my test pipe...
Got my ebay special carbon fiber looking dual a-pillar pod today, for the price I couldn't beat it, I will probably heat it up just a bit so it sits flush against the a pillar. There is also a shot of my s-afc installed.
Got the turbo bolted onto the manifold today, and installed most of my upper IC piping.
EDIT:
The space between the two pipes in my upper pipes is where the pipe with the BOV flange will fit.
Today I am pretty much buttoning up the project, I installed the y-pipe and the throttle body, all I need now is my bov flange welded on my upper IC piping and the bung for my lm-1 wideband welded onto my downpipe. Later.
Well I finally got the turbo gaskets and fanshroud from Jay Marks/Champion Toyota. They rock. Installed the fanshroud and NGK 2330's gapped at .032. I also cleaned up the cam gears and installed the upper timing cover. I still have a ways to go getting the engine bay to look nice, but every...
Turbo Gaskets and Fan Shroud arrive today. Can't wait...still gotta install the s-afc and wideband. DOh. Also put the intake mani back on after painting it, it looks 100 times better.

Today I took off the oil pressure sender and screwed in the T for my oil feed, I also screwed in the exhaust manifold studs and threw the exhaust manifold on.
Put the fuel rail w/ the new 440cc injectors and the turbo fuel pressure regulator in.
This conversion has already been done, and there is no way in hell you can do it for $300.00. Do you have a MHG w/ARPs? SAFC... Wideband... Good luck lol
Well it finally got warm enough out in the garage so I could pull off the throttle body and Y-pipe for the intake manifold off and get to the fuel rail and injectors. I will keep updating with pics as I make progress. Here are the pics:
The fuel rail is FINALLY OUT:
These...
Well I have most of the main parts for the NA-T conversion and will start working on the project by the middle of next week. I will keep this thread updated throughout the build with pics and most likely many questions. Later.
Just put up a website detailing the 1/2 Na-T build. Not too much...
Due to the fact that SF isn't accepting new members and my 1/2 NA-T thread got wiped out by the hacker I am just going to post everything on SM since I have been getting tons of questions about it. I only posted my posts from the thread so the text might not make too much sense. Later...
