Heads can be welded. My mate got his E30 cylinder head welded and his was more far gone than yours. Green coolant can still be of spec as long as its type A and not type B. Could also be attributed to stray current.

Ive got my wideband about that close, maybe another 5cm further away from the turbine housing, been daily driving for over a year without a problem.

This build is amazingly meticulous. Very well done so far, looking forward to seeing how it goes once its finished. Curious as to why you stuck with the standard intake manifold.

Maybe its talking about non turbo vvti? Only differences ive ever seen are Hydro vs Non-hydro

Im also running stock Jza80 coolant Temp sender and works fine with the stock ma70 gauge.

Front bad Rattle Canned till i can afford proper job. Cleaned up, Buffed and chromies cleaned.
