After i boost i get a terrible amount of smoke out of the exhaust.would this be the turbo smoking?I had changed my turbo out and same issue occurs,maybe i got too bad ct26's in a row.

Its a t4 manifold and yes now that ive seen the turbo in person its too small.Looks like ill be doing a t4 turbo of some sort.

Ive got water/oil mix on my oil cap and my breather holes on the valve covers but no water in the oil pan maybe bhg or cracked head?also have a missfire upon start up but goes away.what do you guys think the issue is?

I bought one of those clutches for the 7mge w58 and im over 300hp and it holds no problem the same goes for a friends car.Maybe you got a bad one or the flywheel wasnt machined corectly.Did you give it a chance to break in before the dyno?

Im running 15lbs of boost on my high compression 7mgte no problems at all,im runnig 92 octane arco gas.Under full boost the afr's is around 10.50 -11.00

The godspeed one is built well, its better then the other ones i had from ebay by alot.Construted from thick alluminum and the welds are awsome not tack welded like alot of the cheap ones.

the godspeed intercooler is decent,im running one and i have never seen one built so well.

On my thermostat housing on my 90 7mgte there is a blue sensor with a single wire going to it.What is this sensor for?whats its function?

did you you check the gap on the plugs with a tool or did you take the autoparts stores word on it?ive checked oreiley,autozone and pepboys,all of them claimed the plugs were capped at .32 but when i checked them they were all gapped .45 and they were listed on the computer as 7mgte turbo spark...

Depends on engine and mods mine likes to hit 15lbs of boost.Waste gate functions fine and theres no boost leaks.

I dont have much $$$ either but i managed to get a lexus maf for cheap and bought two sets of evo 8 560cc injectors.The lexus maf and the larger injectors is the better way to go it raises the fuel cut instead of eliminating it.I can hit 15-16lbs of boost without issues.start searching junkyards...

Im going to upgrade too the 57trim soon as i have the money but ill dyno before and after.Im certain im around the 300hp mark.Ive have no choke of any sort in the top end infact i smoke tires in 3rd gear on the freeway and hit the rev limiter easy.

you would think they had figured out how to make cars under 4000lbs by now lol.its not like the 50s-60s where they used 1/8th inch thick steel for panels but then again they need 6 liters to produce 345hp.

Ive got about 2000$ into my 7mgte celica and i kill the chargers and chanellgers all the time and man they get pissed.They just dont understand why a rust bucket from the early 80's just smoked them.A couple bolt on mods for your car and they dont have much on you at all.
