So im in he process of installing ES bushings and realized the rear tie rod end is worn out I've been searching and I can't find a oem replacement rear toe link. Not sure if you can just replace the tire rod end or the entire link. Anyone have a part number to replace this. Thank you
well i will be on road course a lil bit since i work at one.lol would a 18.5-35mm on front and rear with 255/40/18 be good for rotation purposes and good on track. i know its not as wide as everyone else is going but im still in process of motor build and will be putting down more power later...
so sounds like i atleast need a 17 and an offset of atleast 25 to be on the safe side. how do yall like the brakes did it make big diff over stock ones?
understand what your saying there def not alot of flex with a thin wall tire. but im gonna have to stick with either 17s or 18s since im going to have a bbk soon and need enough room to clear them. since fnorc-1 is discontinued may have to go with the 521s or if i find another 17 i like.lol
well im looking for a good set up that will still give me enough traction under power and still be also to push it through the corners with out the tires rubbing on the fender since the front is 1.6 lowered but would willing to do fender work if required getting car painted soon so that could be...
why would the tires have to be stretched? sorry noob at wheels and offsets on cars.
i guess i wouldnt have to do a 4 wheel rotation and just rotate the the front and rears aslong as the tires arent directional just want good life out of the tires
. XXR 521 18x10 +25
what would be better size 17s or 18s with h&r spring i believe its a 1.6 drop in front and 1.3 in rear. and im planning on doing the cobra brake kit. just seeing what size and offset yall would reccommend
and i kno that the calipers are different for the right and left. what about the rotors are they the same for both the right and left. heard the factory brembos were vented differentley for the right and left side but wasnt sure about replacements
i have searched alot on google and can find the threads but not really any part number to make sure which will work and which wont. i have tried using the search button for some reason my search is not working. i have looked up on advance a mustang cobra. and found calipers for left and right...
but the kit does replace everything else? how many of those sperical bushings/bearings are on each side and in what parts of the suspension are they in?
i have searched and couldnt find anything on it. but does anyone have a write up on how to install the poly bushing in the rear i have already replaced the control arm bushings but none of the rest and i saw where the energy suspension kit does not replace the sperical bushings/bearings and that...
is anyone running h&r springs. thats what i have on mine now and not exactly sure what size wheel and tire would be the best. been looking at the xxr 521s and the 5 zigen fnorc-1? and i kno many people run different size tires for the front and rear but what do yall do about rotation for tire wear.
yea they are clevittes. im gonna just file the block down a little bit to take off the edge a lil and smooth it out a little to help oil flow a lil easier. so yours didnt line of perfectly on no. 3
