this may be a stupid question but do you have to buy a seperate 02 sensor such as a wideband to extend the wire to the end of the collector. or is there a different way such as splicing into it

i have a 2.5 catback now and i could tell some difference with that now. i think im going to get the obx wich i believe is the copy of the pacesetter but it is stainless steel .isnt the only modification is that you have to extend the O2 sensor wire? haha any lil gas mpg or hp is always good...

i have a 88 7mge and i was just wondering if a obx header is worth it. its about 200 and i think it would free up the exhaust a little. i know that im not turbo and any amount of power gains would be great for a n/a.

im sorry but im not exactly what the collector is. i though it connected right at the cat. i found some obx headers and the 0-2 sensor is at the end of the second pipe like the pacesetter. did you jsut extend the wire?

i know that this has been talked about alot. but i wanted to see how many people are running headers such as obx and pacesetter. and if they notice any gains and if it is worth it. also i have heard there has to be some modification just wondering what you had to do. i want to put some on mine...

yea i made a custom exhaust using this muffler and the resnator it does sound good but in certain gears at a certain speed it is a constant drone sound. i love the exhaust driving tho and at WOT. just need to get some sound dampner for the rear. love to see some pics. mines on page 4

yea i know what you mean. but that was there when i bought it and someone had put a cheap paintjob. but getting it repainted soon
