Thats basically whats happening the new gasket didn't seal properly :[. I just don't want to pull the engine again. I'm at the point where I started modifying my tools to make it work. I'm just wondering if there is an easier way.

To start off with YES I have read why this isn't the best thing to do, but it's going to happen anyway. My question is there anyway to remove the stock egr plate while the engine is in the car(with out pulling the head off)?

fuckin everywhere...seriously. school(at one point i went to 2 different campuses on the same day), 2 jobs sometimes both in the same day, back home. I got the car in june of 07 with about 90k on it, its got about 149k now and its been down probably almost 1/4 a year(at least).

supra is dd and about 25-30k/year i would guess.

Sorry for taking this off topic, but I came across this while looking another build, some guy was building a 7m with a triple carburetor setup. Does anybody know what happened to that? I searched "carburetor, triple weber carburetor" and every combination of those words and couldn't find it.

yea i deff missed that. where'd he put the coil packs? or was it a n/a, either way this is beastly.

Also i realize it says 7m but that looks more likea jz motor to me, it has a diff timing belt cover/ no coil packs sittin on the engine.

I can live with that answer, this may sound mean but it'd be cool to see one implode. It would make alot of people believers. So say if I were to pull my gas cap off and you could hear it suck air in, would that be a sign that the cc isn't working properly? If there is supposed to be...

Yup they are deff hideous, My friend ben just put his jdm 7m in his car and now has no egr or cc or a vented gas cap. How would his gas tank keep the positive pressure and not emplode? Btw I'm sorry for asking question after question, just one answer leads me to another question.

I'm actually not trying to out think anyone I have a good bvsv. Just trying to find out why its there/how it works. I'm an engineering student btw so maybe I eventually could make improvements.

SOO pending that I have a "vented gas cap" the cc would only be there to absorb the hydrocarbons? What is the positive pressure for, to help flow the fuel?
