Another workaround might be to unplug the O2 sensor and default the ECU to open loop. Tune it to run what you want for A/F and use the part throttle tracking feature to control the cruising fuel (with "lean cruise" as well......)

There is a mode for the V-Out channels that might help the "part throttle, full boost" issue. I think I called it "TPS Enhanced"
The idea is that if MAP > 105, sweep the voltage to max (4 volts I think), otherwise follow the TPS.
So if you are spooling well at part throttle , the ECU...
4.80 runs really well.
The resolution could be changed. Perhaps this season I can work on something I have fiddled around with exactly what you are asking for, it takes a bit of work to do it, but is possible.

The pullup resistor can be placed externally...... for running AFC mode.
What software version? You should probably update to 4.80
in 4.80, AFC mode is done differently. You select Translator Mode in the config menu and just set the F In mode and F Out mode...
You will probably need to clip the resistor, to keep the Pro from interfering with the signals its trying to monitor.
