    Exhaust manifold stud upgrade

Bigaaron are you still doing this? I'm interested in a out of car 7/16 kit. I would really preffer to get stainless steel hardware instead though. Is that an option?

    maftpro is working

Ok, I just wanted to make sure if this device offered any additional functions to the maft-pro but since maft-pro covers these already I suppose it's not necessary or beneficial to the setup.

    maftpro is working

Hey Adam what do you think of Innovate's new toy the SSI-4 (http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=16199&cat=250&page=2) ? Do you think it will work good in conjuction with the maft-pro or is it offering functions that the maft-pro already includes?

    How to achieve 450hp

Actually stock pistons are good for up to 450-550hp as other people have stated already. There's even documented 600hp dynosheets on stock pistons at 7mpower I think. The most important thing you need in order to have a strong motor and achieve your power goals for long enough is a good tuning...

    Group A's group a rebuild

:icon_conf :icon_frow bummer!!! What about 60-70psi pressure? Would it still be that bad? I guess that's higher than average for the 7m still, right? And speaking of oil pressure (right from your thread Ian :naughty:) would a 5-6mm washer be sufficient for shimming my pump for that kind of...

    Group A's group a rebuild

Hmm Ian on a serious note, are you saying that the TRD filter design would not withstand higher than average pressure on the 7m?

Urethane foam injection for increased chassis rigidity...?

Wow Adjuster thanks a lot for the input! Quite some important points you've made here and you also shed some light in areas of doubt. My logic was making me lean towards the idea that weight differences should be minimal between the two but as you said the most important thing is the benefits...

Urethane foam injection for increased chassis rigidity...?

Yeap you're right on the 50/50 mix bit. The rest of your rationalization sounds good too and most of all it does suit my plans perfectly :biglaugh:. Let's hope that you're right...

How to hook up an aftermarket AFPR and get rid off as many oem parts as possible?

X-man the main feed line is definatelly going to be -8AN, I ordered a new -8AN Earl's fuel filter already. The -4AN lines was just a thought on what dbsupra90 (Dave I persume) suggested on the sufficient pressure issue and since I'm not experienced enough to make theses decisions by myself I...

How to hook up an aftermarket AFPR and get rid off as many oem parts as possible?

So would it be better to run two -4AN lines after the -8AN main feed line instead of the -6AN ones? I guess that way there would be sufficient pressure on the two end hoses.
