Got some progress pics. Started polishing the valve covers and intake manifold.

Are you still running E85. I'm still not set on which route to go, E85 or methanol injection w/ the 550's I already have. I just want to drive the car now. this sucks waiting for parts.

I'm still waiting for my marlin crawler shift fork so meanwhile I wired up a DH61 igniter to remove the multiplex and cleaned the sh%t out of the engine bay. Here's more pics.

Well I got all my gears pressed back together after replacing the bearings and synchros then found my damn #1 shift fork was broken, I don't know how I missed that earlier. Guess I'll just get the marlin crawlin one now.:rant2:

Christmas came early for me. Got some Driftmotion bling. 67mm turbo kit. I'm really happy with how everything looks so far. can't wait to get this thing done.

I got my AEM in the mail today!!! BUT... it says 93-98 Supra TT Version 2.... FAIL. and it was already opened. Get to play the waiting game again.

I just read through the thread for "removing the multiplex for $200". This looks like a great write up and something I will definitelty do. Have any of you guys done this, but changed to COP or will the stock coils work fine with the DH61 ignitor.

Damnit don't say that, I really wanted to stick with the stock intake manifold. unless I can get a ffim for cheap. I've been reading more into E85 and there's a lot more than bigger injectors needed. Fuel pump(not walbro), all lines, supposedly fuel tank sumped, injectors, o-rings, fuel rail...

Well I guess my next area of concern is my oiling system, and intercooler/piping setup. I'm still not sure if I want to keep my AC and convert to R134A.

Oh hey what size injectors and pump are you running with E85. I have 550's, aeromotive AFPR, and a walbro right now, but that obviously is not enough. Will 2 walbros do the job w/1200cc's.

Just ordered an AEM EMS, AEM MAP, IAT, and WBO2 sensors. MVPmotorsports had some good deals. I think the more parts I order the bigger my list keeps getting!!!??? Is there a hotline I can call, I think I'm addicted. :aigo:

Just wondering feedback on a good wideband setup. I am probably gonna go with an AEM for standalone. Anyone else had good experiences with other standalone systems with the 7m ignition system?

Just ordered the driftmotion 67mm turbo kit, can't wait to see how it comes out. I haven't seen any real reviews of this kit posted or dyno #'s. I was also thinking about the SP quick spool valve, they're supposed to be having some good "Black Friday" deals.

Funny you ask that, the guy forgot to do it and said he would do it seperatly, but I made him bolt it back on the block and redo them together. Thanks for mentioning anyway. I never knew about that until reading through this forum. Ah the power of reading.

Made some headway. Got the block mostly assembled, worst part was getting the ring end gap correct. I'm happy with the way the machine work came out. Here's more pics.

Ok I should probably know this, but I had the block bored .0020 over. What size bore should I use for the metal head gasket 83mm? I'm gonna use a 1.5mm for thickness. Thanks for any help.

I work at a Nissan service department.

They are brand new CP pistons and eagle rods. I didn't think they needed balancing, they are supposedly balanced within 1 gram of each otherand yeah that cork oil pan gasket is going in the trash I learned that the first time I resealed the oil pan. ---------- Post added at 09:26 PM...
