I think it is a 60 series Delta Flow. I chose Flowmaster because I don't like the huge coffee can mufflers and that really low sound. I'm more of a musclecar guy so I went with an American muffler, and I'm one of the few that run a Flowmaster on a Supra too.
The brown water is probably dirty coolant. If there is more water than coolant in the engine then the engine will rust and cause this. You could flush the system and put in new stuff but if you got a BHG then theres not really a point.
Alright, so I went to test stuff out with a vacuum gauge. I currently have no vacuum at idle but when revved, I get vacuum. I'm not sure what you mean by the same "signal" on each of the sides of the modulator.
So I rebuilt my engine about 6,000 miles ago and ever since then I've gotten a Code 71. I scraped all of the charcoal buildup all throughout the entire system cleaned all the metal vacuum lines, correctly routed the vaccum lines, and tested every VSV in the EGR system. I also switched out the...
Ok, well currently I have Tokico Illuminas with Eibahcs, the 2 front and 2 rear strut actuators, the dash lights, the tems console controller, and the wiring is already there for the strut actuators which is strange as the wiring for the controller is not. What other sensors and whatnot do I need?
Is it possible to convert a car that didn't have TEMS? I have a parts car with the complete system that worked so I'm going to try and do it but just want to make sure its possible. One thing I've run into is I don't know where the 4 wires go on the back of the gauge cluster. They are black...
Oh okay, well I was taking a closer look and the alternator fan wasn't working. I hotwired it and it worked but maybe something shorted out? Any ideas? Thanks.
So my alternator works and holds a charge however after letting it idle for about 5 minutes it gets pretty hot. I had swapped out the bearings from another alternator that were good but it's still getting hot. By hot I mean about 150 degrees F. Any ideas?
I need to replace both mirrors as they are cracked pretty badly. Will a 92 mirror plug right into an 87? If not, what kind of modifications are necessary?
It's almost impossible to find 87 mirrors so I figured I'd see if you guys knew if it would work. Thanks.
