I've pulled the engine + trans before. I don't see the point removing the engine and the trans to do 'extra maintenance' on the engine when I don't have any 'extra maintenance' to do. Since I've not removed the trans by itself before, I was just after tips which will save time. Thanks to...

Does anyone have tips on removing the transmission by itself? (Auto a340, 7M-GTE) I've only ever removed it whilst pulling the whole engine, and wasn't sure if there's anything specific I should watch for whilst dropping only the transmission. Thanks
