Sweet little project you are undertaking, Good luck with it. One question though, Why would you go through all the trouble of swapping in a 2j into the 7m if you are not going GTE. To me it would make sense to leave the 7m intact give it to your wife and then drop a 2jz-gte into the MKII.

As others have said front and sides are decent. Not the route I would go with my Supra. The Roof spoiler and the license plate mounted to the mesh in the rear is hideous IMO. Dont really care for the turn signal mirrors either.
