I dont really want anymore than what a 57 would do tho, just want around 400whp, still on the W58 trans and not sure if the R154 will go in this car...

NO!!!! First of all, you want a better than stock clutch if youre wanting 300 whp, Clutch kits come with an alignment tool, you use this to bolt the pressure plate to FW first, in a star pattern, then comes the trans/bellhousing bolts. This would be the same with a T5 found in mustangs :)

Ive searched, and apparently most people call "tuning" these engines bolting on parts. I am finding very little info on actually tuning the 7m as far as knock goes. Whats everyones tuning strategy that isnt on a standalone? Is there a way to tell when the engine is detecting knock from the knock...

So some updates- car pissed me off and was for sale as a running/driving but non boosting project, no serious bites. The MAF was bad this whole time, it was bad when I first started it and it threw an IAT code, and after cleaning the maf (which I shouldnt have done but whatev lol) made the code...

LOL...So the system that isn't affected in the least bit by boost leaks or turbulence, monitors and tunes for intake charge temps, and can still drive with a blown charge pipe, is the least accurate...Yeah youre right my AFRs are all over the place aren't they... Douche

Just clueless on what a sans translator is..... ....and after feeling boost for MAYBE a day... the turbo is out lol. It had a small amount of side to side play that I thought would be fine but not so much lol. Hooray for supras lol
