How many miles are on your supra?

my '87 Turbo has just turned 70K miles, completly stock, purchased it with 59K a year and a half ago...its been very reliable. I had an 86.5 for 6 years ending with 136K miles and it was pretty reliable besides an intermittant starting problem which I believe was tied to the factor anti-theft...

Bored, took a pic of the car

Actually they are not just JDM...meaning cars sold to the Japaneese market, most other European countries carried the folding mirrors and I think Australia did as well.

    hi guys + girls

You lucky dog, you got the best color combo in my book! And like everyone else, those wheels scream "kill me!" I have seen one or two cars with 19" wheels and they look good just as long as you get lowering springs of some sort. Be sure to send us some pix when you get them mounted. cheers

    >>>> Coolant Leak help <<<<

I developed a coolant leak on my '87 MKIII Turbo and found where it is coming from but don't know what it is that it is leaking from. There is this "nub" that sticks out, about 4 inches or so, laterally from the rear right side (passenger) where the engine connects with the transmission. It...

    Rims I just got

It looks pretty good. Better than the OEM certainly. I'd like to see how deep your dish is at the rear. Did you get staggered? What's your tire/wheel specs?

    ABS to NON ABS Help!

too bad your friend wasted his money on all new non-ABS parts if he simply wanted to go without ABS. Simple solution, is to just pull the fuse for the ABS modual, and presto, no more ABS.

    Leather Bumper Cover

I had a friend put the clear, 3M coating on his VW R-32 (GTI killer), it covered the front bumper, about 8 inches of the leading hood as well as the fenders infront of the wheel lip, and the little piece just infront of the rear wheel opening and it ran about $1000. Pretty pricey yes but it...

How do you remove the little front grill off a 91 bumper?

why place the stock, boring TOYOTA badge back on? In particular with your year, it looks mucha better without it, that is unless you're putting a 3.0 Turbo badge on it like I did.

    new supra POLL

Just a thought guys, it's "possible" that Toyota is saying there are no plans, when they could be working on it as we speak. Many manufactures like to give surprizes. Just think about all those stealth pix of cars in magazines like Car & Driver over the years. So, maybe we can still keep our...

    Shifter

Sl1dewaysSupra, I'd suggest you go back and look at your last post and then mine. Me Lighten up??? You should preach your own words. I was not being harsh whatsoever, unlike you. Your response to the guy posting the question and then me now shows alot about you and being critical. Like I...

    new supra POLL

Road & Track magazine November 2006 has an article on the 2007 Supra. I'm pretty confident Toyota will get her out. The article has a pic and there are some suttle changes to it, like the front bumper facia and the rear fender is even wider than in the earlier photos. It looks pretty damn sweet.
