I bought my Nur Spec in 2002 just for reference.
My silencer it a little over 12 inches long. The replacement one looks to be more universal because of the multiple welded nuts, the original only has the one.
I am not sure how well it will work being so short.

My fuel pump died and in the process of replacing that pump I have been replacing other parts that looked old. One of the parts that I have replaced in the fuel pump hanger, I order a new one from Toyota. After getting it I noticed that it has an extra wire that is attached to the hanger...
That would be awsome, i have been wanting to try the GCC with the boost referance instead of the RPM. What difference did you notice with the change? I have some HKS manuals scanned, let me know if are in need of one.

Did you ever run the VPC/Fcon without the FCD? I have been running VPC/GCC only for years, but i am going to add a Fcon to the mix. Do i need the FCD?

I am buying a new fuel pump and was looking at the stock Supra TT pump from Toyota, or aftermarket in the form of the Denso Supra TT replacement.
Does anyone know if that have the same flow rates?
Is anyone running the aftermarket Denso and have any feed back?

I would set your timing for a turbo car. You are using the turbo CPS right? I am not sure what the base timing is for a N/A, but for the turbo you need to jump T and E1 and set the base to 10.
You could use an old school HKS IPM with the universal harness. I really not sure how accurate it is. I am going to be using one when I get my f-con installed. If you were just going to monitor the injectors, you just need to get power, and then the yellow and white wires can monitor...

I ran this setup for about 6 months using a EGT for how rich/lean i was running. VPC w/440 Chip, MKIV fuel pump, CT26/TO4B H3 wheel with a speaco intercooler, HKS DP, and HKS Dragger. I ran 16 to 18 PSI and Dynoed around 350-370hp at the wheels.

My suggestion would be to check the ground on the gauge. I had a bad ground on my egt and it would do all sorts of weird things, especially when I put my foot on the break.
