sounds ok i guess, but i think if your only lookin for under 400 hp you should stick with an uprgraded ct 26 really. no need for a manifold, lines, external wg, custom down pipe, o2 flange, intake pipe, posibly something for the incooler pipe(turbo to ic i had to). did you think of these things...

^^ thats what i would do. get a upgraded ct26, bolts right up, it will easily make the power you want, and get the ball bearing option and it will spool hell-o-fast too. i have a t04 turbo with a 1.05 hot side. it spools round little over 3500 but around 4000 rmp this bitch really kicks in...

just start your car with the hood open, then have someone shut the car off, the fan should stop very quickly if your clutch is working, if not then your fan will continue to turn for a while.

could be the ddp, as the ddp would alow the car to spool a lot sooner, and put the power to the ground. what were your 60 ft. times like, before and after? you are probably making more power now and getting more spin, maybe try some different tires? tells us what the 60' times are like. Mike

i own a mkiv. and its not too bad, not in my parents name or nothin. i saw it at a local dealer, apparently they didnt know what it was, so i got it for $18,000. not to bad its silver targa, leather twin turbo. its pretty much stock, no big single for me, but even the bpu mk iv is bad ass...
