Ok this is actually a two-parter. Part one: I just bought an 89 non-targa shell (no motor/trans) with a grrrreat interior and no dash cracks!!!!!! And I'm curious what parts are swappable into a 88 targa? I plan on pulling them and trying anyway, I just was wondering if it was a futile attempt...

i am building my 1988 supra turbo for a more track based application and i was wondering if anyone knows what, if any, of the emissions system components can be left out/removed?
well motor is out..........what a learning experience. for all you other newbs out there (like me) it helps on motor removal if you actually pull the gear shift out of the tranny before you pull it.......LOL:icon_lol:. but its out
