My 1991 JZA70 R. It once was black but now is pearl white. The front lip will go on later. I don't want it to be destroyed by my town's shitty roads.

That's actually pretty clever. The wind noise coming from that seal is one the first first things I noticed about my car on it's maiden voyage on the highway. I will have to try this when my auto is finished at the local paint booth.

Well, you've got me there. I suppose I just assumed it was a Torsen unit. When I get my car back from the body shop in late spring, I'll tell you what it is! I should probably change the fluid on that sonofabitch.

Goals are: -Paint the Supra pearl white because the original paint is currently not very pretty -Run half race fuel and half pump gas. Then I can safely run higher power levels as per all my very expensive modifications. -Cruise around and be merry

I have had my JZA70 R since February 2007 and have driven it in a "spirited" fashion the entire time. The 1JZ-GTE in it has it's fair share of large single turbos, 264 cams, and 1000cc injectors. I guess I have a particularly well built unit?

I'm glad to hear that ECU is serving you well! I hope to go back to Calgary at some point this year as my car is throwing out all sorts of codes, so I believe the tuning shop will be able to sort out that mess for me. We should meet up then if you can!
