Im not sure exactly. Can you explain how to check that? also called the blend door correct? I havent tried burping the system since I bypassed the heater valve. I'll try that too.

Before I say anything let me tell you that I did search and found plenty of threads describing some of my symptoms but none were resolved. I have my own questions and didn't want to hijack another thread. Blower motor works, all speeds work, all vents functional, new waterpump, new thermostat...
