All fuses are good have replaced all of them as well as has new relays in each junction box in the driver kick panel during my swap. Fuses are still good checked each one visually and with a tester

Mine does this too, I am thinking it's in the input shaft bearing as it's only whining when the pedal is let off at idle. May be good for a rebuild soon and freshen up the internals as well
