Lets not rule out timing too quickly he did say it was misfiring and running like shit and if its a blown turbo can cause the smoke out the back just trying to get a good base to start with to make sure everything is in order before he goes any further but i got my money on bad bottom end

Start with compression test then come back with results also make sure you didnt jump time is oil milky at all we can work outward from here

If your talking about the bolt that mounts the caliper yes you should be able to get at local store just take the other bolt and match it up its a grade 8 or 10

From what I understand 6 ford coils wired in series with 1 ignitor each coil sees 6 volt hints the need for a 24v step up to make each coil see 12v. And with 6 ford coils wired in parallel with 2 ighnitors each coil sees 12v voltage step up not needed. both setups seem to work very well for me...

Check and test fuel pump relay

Well i havent tested his but our kit is adding a huge amount of surface area going from 13" to 14" on the caliper itsself has larger pistons i expect this setup to out perform with no problem during the rnd of this i looked into all posible sizes and this is what i decided to go with on cost...
