ya but your missin the point thats what supra's are known for. Sure they lag and most of them lick nuts off the line but once they build boost there gone. Always remember the qoute "AWD-cause you know you cant beat a supra from a roll". If i didnt want lag then i would get a dixie flag painted...

k well this kinda just got carried away so i was browsing the internet and ended up pickin up a 2jzgte with auto tranny, ecu, and harness for about 2000 so the 7m is coming out and i just started parting it out.

the motor was actually never rebuilt it just had a head gasket done to it and when i got the used motor we checked the block and it was good and we got the head machined. And i also torqued her to 75 ft.lb ;) like i said ive been through a lot with that car. But it was partially my fault for not...

ok guys thanks for the help i really appreciate it but here's the story i bought the car in summer of 07 and bought it with a BHG. So as soon as i got the car i got the HG done at the shop which cost me 2500 yes 2500 so after that i saved up and headed to vancouver to buy new goodies. But...

true enough but a 2j would cost a pretty penny with a 5 speed and ecu, but i think im going to be going 1jz so i wanted to ask all you 1j guys how is it? anybody out there have the .57 ct26 on there's? If so any dyno numbers??

why do you say that ? the only reason i want to do this to a 7m is because its not something you see everyday and i think it would be nice having a 3.0 twin turbo without spending "money and elephants" on a 2jz. But dont get me wrong having a 2j would be legit.

ok so i got the new fuel pump in and now my LC1 is getting a heater calibration code (ill figure it out) but now it seems to run a lot better and starts up more often to lol. Now when i got WOT what should my afr be? and sometimes at idle it varies..sometimes it goes -14 and sometimes +14..i...

i had a choice between going maftpro or going with a megasquirt but when you think about it there are so many guys on the forum that sell them for cheap and sooo many people on the forum that can help you setup or tune with maftpro...thats just my 2cents:boink:
