Floyd should be called "Mayflower" for making all these excuses and demands as simply put he don't wanna lose to the Pacman. Run Floyd run , fucking coward... :evil2:
The question is about the negative and positive affects of using a Turbo with a divided twin scroll exhaust housing with an undivided flange turbo manifold.
I will be replacing inner tied rods (rack end). The driver side appears to be simple and easy but the passenger side inner tie rod has the mount bolted to the steering dampener and it looks like it will hit the sub frame when you try to remove it.
Any tips. Thanks.
I recently was involved in a rear-end collision (thank god not the supe but my dd). What happened was I was on the left lane and traffic was flowing on and off. There was a car that made an unsafe lane changed from the middle lane and merge onto my lane in front of me. The car suddenly stopped...

I am seriously considering this swap but have some questions that I want to clarify. So for people that have done this please do chime in.
1-Will this ecu work on high impedance injectors? I have a sard 540cc direct drop in injectors.
2-I can get the adapter harness from Dr. Tweak and to...
Trying my friend's Blitz ecu. It looks like it's tuned for 550cc injectors. I have a sard 540cc and was able to fine tuned it with my SAFC. Only trouble is I noticed when the engine is started cold the idle speed surges from 2300-2600 rpm. However, as soon as the engine is warmed up (about 1...
What do you know about RL new 0w-40 oil? I always run either 5/10w-30 oil during the cold months here in FL and then I switch to 10w-40 during the summer heat and whenever I take the car to the track. According to RL specs this oil actually flows better in the cold and is thicker at operating...
I finally got to dyno my car after going single turbo. This was done on a Mustang dyno (no inflated numbers here) in this weekend meet in Tampa.
The AFR was super rich not even worth showing the chart. Not bad though I think considering my very first street tune with the SAFC. I can get more I...
I'm thinking of getting a sard 650cc direct fit injectors. I already have a walbro pump and just bought aero afr. Has anyone run this fuel setup and also like to know if you were able to control the fuel and tune it with a SAFC?
Thanks.
Trying to expand my knowledge on how to prevent engine failure such as rod knock or spun bearings? Are these two related and what are the preventive measures? I've heard of a few 1JZ engines with spun bearings. In addition to keeping your oil changes with good quality oil filter @ every 3-5k...
I'm about to wire my safc but have few questions for those who have done it. I've searched but couldn't find the right answer.
The JZA70 manual ecu have two rpm signals (rpm1=pin17, rpm2=pin23). Which one to tap in for the rpm connection to the safc. Same for the knock signal (knock1=pin6...
Sup guys, so finally I had some time this weekend to start my single turbo conversion. My buddy (OrlRedMKIII) and I went to work on removing the twins. Well, as everyone know it is a PITA.
So here are some before and after pics.
... there went my shiney turbo pipes.
and 4 hrs...
I just picked up a 7m oil cooler that I want to use as PS cooler. What is the best way to clean it good and remove all the old oil and gunk it may have build up before I use it. As for fluid, would you recommend synthetic fluid for power steering or just use Dexron III?
Thanks.
