You are right. It happens in our heavy haulers up here in N.Y. Drive shaft doesn't spin true and wipes out bearings and other things in tranny and rear end.

already done but i would have boosted the 2jzge motor and slap a r154 on it and called it a day. motors are not that far apart internally.

Targa top is leaking like crazy. assuming it is the seals. Where can i buy the seals from. Is there another way to tell if the seals are bad ?

yeah if you are running a 7m wire harness and computer check all of the fuses with a test light. sometimes they look good and there not. sounds stupid but i seen it happen with a 7m motor. same symptons.

Yo the motors are identical besides the compression ( which is from the pistons) . I have a headgasket for mine the lowers the compression. Please ask yourself how much power u really want. Probzilla which u will read about when you go to club na-t .com was a stock bottom ge with headgasket...

I know that we are talking about the gt45 but my friend had that ebay t70 the thing has been abused at 20psi for over 2 yrs. Damm thing is still working. Maybe it was rebuilt before he brought it.
