    Harness extension and glove box?

I have the VPC in the the spot for the ashtray. I couldn't get the harness to move anymore to where the stock location is. I took out the FCON for now.

    Harness extension and glove box?

I recently acquired a VPC and FCON both with the plug in harness extension. How do get the glove box to fit after installing these?

how can I get more boost from my 89 supra turbo?

The fuel pump is at a lower voltage when not under boost. Makes the car easier to tune basically by setting the pump at 12v constantly.

how much boost is to much

Depends on condition of the engine and your fuel system. I would make sure that everything is in good order before upping the boost. An intercooler kit and 3" exhaust will increase the boost due to less restriction on the engine. The purpose of the BOV is to relieve pressure and prevent...

    Tachometer slow to respond

Figured it out. There was a short in the dash. I swapped all the gauges to a different back panel and it works perfect.

    Tachometer slow to respond

The water temp and oil pressure gauge are not accurate either. Could this be a grounding issue?

    Tachometer slow to respond

I'm having an issue with the tach working correctly. When I start it the tach sits at 0 but then if I rev the engine it moves up very slowly. I swapped it out for another tach that I have and it goes to about 500 rpm and is also very slow to respond when the engine is revved. In both cases the...

Do i still need the ISC valve?

Yes, if running the stock ECU. You can put a little filter on it if running in speed density mode.

    Just bought 88 7m-Gte

Umm.. don't use JB weld to fix your oil pan leak. Pull it off and fix it correctly. Use Toyota FIPG.

Engine is running rich/fuel cut when boosting, low idle, code 52. (need quick reply)

Code 52 for knock will definitely effect performance. Have you looked into rewiring the sensors? ---------- Post added at 07:11 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:09 AM ---------- Also, if you are hitting fuel cut, you will have a code 34 stored.

    89T with GT35R and FFIM

Your car looks really nice. I take it you are running the MAF in blowthrough mode? Where did you locate the MAF?

    89 1jz swap

It keeps positive pressure in the fuel tank to prevent the pump from cavitating.

The Fruition of Obsession -- 310,000 mile makeover --

Maybe save some money on the boost controller and use the MAFT Pro. The boost solenoid for that is pretty inexpensive and you won't need an additional controller.

The Fruition of Obsession -- 310,000 mile makeover --

Looking forward to seeing your build. You won't need a Lexus AFM and a MAFT Pro though. IMO MAFT Pro would be the best way to go.

    TooGoode's 2J build

The lower runners for the GE are longer than the GTE. PM lppro, he had a build with a 2Z-GE and used the GTE intake and said it wouldn't clear the hood. I can't find his build thread at the moment. You could modify it to fit, but if you just bolt it up to the lower runner it's not going to fit...
