everything is hooked up great. i searched and searched and i cannont find where the relays are.

also xo2 in el monte did the electric fans not me. and i actually took it off becuase i saw how he did it ima redo it since its a horrible job.

checked every singal fuse and they are fine. weird thing whem i connect the light tester to the neg then press it against the manifold the light turned on like it has a positive running through. but all the fuses r fine.

when we were working on my car. the positive and the neg touched from the relay for my electric fans and now nothing at all turns on. the relay is connected to the ignition (black and orange wire) a power and negative and the fans thats all. is my ecu burned. what should i do...
