you can use the stock 1j throttle cable its a lil long so you can just make a loop and it will work fine...thats what i did...also for the ac stuff dont swap compressor heads all you need to do is take the old 7m ac lines and the 1j lines that came with your clip and have a shop put the 1j ends...

Hey guyz i just installed my 1j fuel pump b/c my engine was cutting out.. is their anything else i need to do...someone said that the 1j pump needs to have 12 volts switched ran to it...could anyone hit me up on aim and help me with this....sn: itsamillertime17

the only thing i can think of right now to fix this is to just run 12volts to the ect/power wire...so that way its always in power mode...for the tranny...that way it will go all the way to redline...if you could fine wiring diagrams that would be awesome...lmk if you find any...thanks

the 2jz throttle cable is not a required part...you can loop your 1j throttle cable and it will do just fine....that is what i have done and i have no complaints..btw necrocyde do you currently own or drive a 1j?

well since you all think i am wrong why have a seen 2 mkiii's myself that have not extended their wiring at all and were able to k eep the ecu in the stock location? trust me its possible just takes some work and you have to drill the whole in the right spot..

if you purchase a soarer 1jz it wont work unless you change the oil pans.. it has a front mount sup and you will need a rear mount sup and i think you might have to get a diffrent oil pickup i am not sure but you will need to change sumps to a rear mount sump....hope that helps..

if your going to get a 1j with an auto all you need is the bellhousing...you can re-use your clutch and flywheel from your 7mgte..the r154 flywheels and clutches are the same on the 7mgte and the 1jz's...if you get an auto tranny you'll have to trick the auto ECU i forget what exaclty you have...
