like figgie said, with lots of rewelding you can make a good product out of the manifolds.
What i did was drilled a small hole through the alluminum cap and then backed the screw all the way out till it is tight against the aluminum cap. no need to completely drill the cap out and screw will not call out.
see the little rubber cover at the base of the shifter. Pull that off and there will be four bolts in there that you remove to pull the shifter out. the bolt you have shown there is not required to remove. good luck
the only place mine leaks from now is the trim right below the back window. i am not sure if water is supposed to channel through there or not. but i have the exact same issue as others. replaced tail light seals with a adhesive sealant meant for windows. thats not leaking anymore. pulled...
i am interested as well. looking at the pictures it appears to have the same basic design like the SS replica. however i have a feeling without modification it will not work. Good luck and i will be looking forward to the results.

thanks for the answer. I will probably tuff it out and just add it till i am satisfied. Haveing a noisy car does not bother me so i will try like you said and add it in small increments.

Is it hard on the Differential if you only put in 75W90NS? I bought the no additive gear oil and a little boddle of friction modifier. Initially how much of the bottle do you add to the differential? I want to avoid having to put the car up 10 times to keep adding additive.
In Canada i know of a couple different shops that carry Redline in my area. I am surprised it is not available in your areas.

same deal. 12 psi always hitting fuel cut on 1-2 shift. i don't even hit fuel cut under full load in 5 gear but still hit fuel cut at that shift point.
