I've been running a Map Ecu for a couple years now. Only problem I've come across that really bothers me is when your RPM's drop below idle, it takes a little longer for the IACV to correct. My other friend running a Map Ecu has no problems what so ever though.
I made 340whp with it(ct26 57...
Contacted comp turbo, the turbo that I have is the CT3-5762 with the water cool option
which is basically a T3/T4 TO4E 57 trim that is water and oil cooled.
they do sell the turbo without the turbine housing if anyone else was wondering

The turbo it self, as it is right now is basically trashed.
The reason I bought it, was for the exhaust housing, so I'm basically looking for turbo's that will bolt into the Boss exhaust housing.
Preferably something under $800, anymore, and I'm better off just buying a replacement directly...
the motor is currently at a friends house, but I should be able to pick it up tomorrow.
it is my understanding that Lipp Boss cast's the turbine housing, and the center section and the compressor are made by comp turbo.
after looking at their catalog, it seems that the only turbo's they offer...
I have a stage 4 Boss Sr. 57 trim TO4e Turbo with a few broken/bent fins
what other turbos fit into this Lipp boss turbine housing?
I'm guessing the stage 4 is an O-trim?
Being as the stage 5 is a P-trim
so will any O-trim T4 turbo bolt into the exhaust housing?
sub 350whp i dont think an aftermarket intercooler is required
get a Divorced Downpipe, safc, manual boost controller, retorque the head and call it a day
contact any garret distributor
im not 100% sure, but i think its the to4e compressor wheel
then you have to bore/machine the compressor housing to match the wheel
yeah, remember that w58's are pretty much toyota 4cyl truck transmissions
even if you get a twin plate for the w58, you can't really beat on it, especially if you are running wide tires & plan to launch your car hard
find an r154a & put a act on it, or a twin plate is always good
dynapack
looks like the tuner didnt set the time or max rpm correctly, or let off before it hit the redline set by the dyno
boost seems to hold pretty steady, id say just preload the WG actuator more
guys here seem to shim/preload the stock wastegate past 15psi too, the actuator on the t61...
is the vacuum steady at idle?
do you have the zero throttle map enabled?(if not, use it, it makes idle tuning a breeze)
what exactly does it do when you try to tune the throttle pumps? try messing with the coolant correction factor
try checking your iacv & diaphragm to see if its...
515nm x .737 = about 380 ft/lbs.
did you try preloading the WG actuator a bit more
idk, friend with a boss sr. turbo had the same problem, wouldn't boost over 15psi
