Yes I installed the valve seat between the manifold flange and the wastegate with the protrusion facing toward the wastegate. I think I just got a dud wastegate that finally gave up. Is there anything else I could be overlooking or do I have a bad wastegate? Thanks for everything so far.

Can I run the remote filter without a thermostat?

What about using a sandwich plate between the oil filter and housing? Is anyone using a setup like this? What brand remote mount are you using IJ?

I am still running the stock oil filter housing. Where can I put the oil temp sender? Do I have to buy a remote filter kit? If so, what brand is the best and most reliable?
