I need some direction on this one guys. I recently had my t61 masterpower turbo rebuilt due to oil seal failure and now I have everthing back together and on the road. While I had the turbo off I switched out my HKS 50mm knock off with an old 38mm deltagate. Now I can't get past 6psi and I'm getting a code 11. The car starts and runs great ,but when I boost it gets to 6psi and then it feels like it hits the brakes and sets the engine light with code 11.

Code 11 is "momentary interruption in power supply to ecu"
When this code is thrown no other codes will show, due to the loss of power.

I am not sure how installing a rebuilt turbo is going to cause this though.
