Looking at this diagram http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=26
With This plug identification http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=26
Looks like maybe its A4?
By any chance does you car have ABS?
With this diagram is seems the ABS module is powered threw it, the two Blue wires. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=110
Still investigating the white wire.
EDIT: White wire stems from the battery thrrew the HEATER circuit breaker powering the blower motor as end result.
Off Battery http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=036
Blower motor side http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=140
Easy test to see if thats it, does your blower motor work? The matching plug may be behind the fender.

Why would the Auto need 3 relays for the AC?
Unless it would just use one of those 3 relays.
