got really bad door sag. i cant close my door properly, and its irritating the crap out of me. and i dont have proper tools to reem it out and put the ford kit in it. >_<

Why not just buy a new one from Toyota? Part number 68740-14060, it's about $33 from Vancouver Toyota in Washington state.
