I live in El Paso hot as hell summers here 100+degree summers no AC worst driving condition drains you of all fluids glad my supra currently has a working AC. Does rain and snow here not much, but when it does ton's of accidents happen but because of crappy street drains water pools in roads and drivers just don't know how to drive in wet conditions. Oh almost forgot to mention cross the border to juarez mexico and that's probably the worst diving conditions ever roads just switch to one ways all of a sudden or turn into dirt roads and drivers drive like maniacs scary stuff driving wise not really weather related though.
