Don't worry, you will never catch me referring to you as a resident expert and I think its funny that anyone would after what I have just read..

You sir are quite the fool. JJ understands more about the TCCS, than most people would ever hope to. He has earned the respect of this forum many times over. And while he is knowledgeable, he is not of the type to tolerate misinformation kindly. He doesn't tip toe around, if you're wrong he will straight up tell you. Don't like it tough. Misinformation is a big problem here, so we stop it as soon as it starts. If you don't understand what JJ said in his post then you obviously don't have enough of an understanding of our cars to be giving advise.

The title of expert was not lightly given to him because we needed a spot to fill, no, he earned it, by demonstrating extensive knowledge on the subject, and an ability to provide that knowledge to others clearly and with out BS. Saying that you think it's funny that anybody refers to him as an expert, is the same as directly insulting this community and our judgment in the people we chose to acknowledge as experts.

Shucks, golly. Thanks dirgle. It's OK. Petey was just mistaken and people don't like to be told they're wrong. I would've edjumacated him but since he kept ignoring what Grim and I were saying I figured just let it go. I'm here to inform, not argue. His loss. Besides, it's just the internet ;)

Remember kids, the internet isn't real. We are all computers until proven otherwise ;)

Not to mention it isn't a stock BOV, but a BPV...

but now we're just splitting hairs... lol

ok guys so to get back on track here I got the hks ssqbov installed, sounds awesome, my concern is that its my only mod and ive heard without the lil couple thing i could run rich and it could negatively impact my gas mileage, are their more precautions i should take?

Meh, it shouldn't have any measurable effect on your mileage, not unless you are shifting every couple seconds like the F&F movies.

The only time it will cause you to run rich is when it opens during a shift under boost. Might cause the occasional pop or stall at worst, and even that's unlikely.
