I have a 1987 Turbo supra. I just got a better wiring harness for it cause mine was all hacked up. There are a few wires I need to know what there for and where they go. In the first pic there is a brown wire that comes off the wiring harness near the injectors. There are two of these brown wires and I can't see where they go to. In the second pic there is a white plug with a yellow and red wire that are really long and wasn't plug in on my last wiring harness. The last pic is three wires that come off the harness near the afm. They aren't on my previous harness either. Everything else is hooked up right so I just need to know what these do and where they go. I tried to take a look at the wiring diagrams but I'm not too good with electrical stuff besides stereo systems. So please put it into dumbass terms for me :biglaugh: Thanks

Will, yeah the two browns should be the knock sen. wires. the second pic is the backup light switch wiring and it runs down the side of the tranny. The switch is threaded into the trans. The last ones are for the coolent sensors that are around the thermostat housing and possibly the oil pressure switch, but cant say for sure without knowing the color code of the wires.

Thanks Chris. I'll check what color they are exactly. Your the only one that usually will ever really help me.

NP man. Others will, its just that most dont see it intime and someone has already posted to correct info so there is no need to say the same thing twice. When it comes to wiring (especially engine wiring) on a MKIII supra, I probably have the most if not close to the most knoldge of it after all the crap I had to do with my car with the intergration of the standalone and deleting all the original wiring that was no longer needed because of the stand alone and yet still keeping the necessary stuff working.
