Will 89'+ trim fit on an 88'?

I wanna keep the 88' Front bump and tail lights, Will the 89+ trim go on without modification? Or what will I have to do to make it work?

The taillight part of the trim will give you trouble. The center piece to be exact.

If you want to keep the 88 tail lights but want the newer trim, the only way to do it 100% OEM is to get the rear centre piece from a car in Switzerland.

That's what I did. 4 years later and it's still not on the car yet...

No. I will be using it eventually . Probably not until I repaint the whole car though, not sure.

Look at my sig. It's an '87. I did change the taillights and bumper but the taillight center piece is the only thing that wouldn't fit.
