Why do people Feel the Need on Nice Days

Try to out accelerate me at every stoplight.All im trying to do is cruise with the top off like i rarely do and, everytime i get to a light bam the mini-van takes off like a rocket, along with the truck and station wagon.I understand that people can be in a hurry, but every car that pulls up next to me can't be.98% of the time i ignore it but jeeze this get annoying.

I just laugh at those kinds of people b\c it happened to me all the time in my supra... some of them actually slow down and try to get me to race them and I just give them a wave and keep on driving... sometimes I'll give them a little downshift and spin the tires and then go back to normal driving...

i just keep my own pace. if they get really cocky, i'll actually slow down most of the time. i don't like to draw attention to myself. my car is rusty, and looks like crap. i don't rocket out of traffic lights. i cruise. every now and again, i'll put a smile on my own face when i get on it...

Thats the way i feel,my cars no looker.I drive 5mph over the limit and just get passed like im doin 25 in a 45 :dunno:

shitty Old school neons see me STARE at me and rev up like they have something under the hood.

and i raced a neon the other day and gave him a big lead and whooped his ass and stopped then the guy in the back seat was like WANNA RACE MY MUSTANG?

I got reved on the other day by a pontiac gtp doing neutral drops and trying to chip his tires.

His cracker in the pass seat leans out and says "whut! Yu wunna rrrrrace fer pikns nigga?"

Hat on sideways, no shirt and coat hangers for arms. Um yeah Malibu called,thier snowflake is missing.

I just game him the thumbs down and did a nice rolling 20mph burnout for his ass. He didn't take the bait.

Yeahhhhh...I took the Supra out today trying to diagnose the latest problems and this guy in a jeep wrangler next to me at a red light kept revving his engine like a freaking psycho. I waved at him and put my car into gear (i usally put it in neutral as the clutch is going out and it's like I'm standing on the freaking pedal when it's depressed) and I guess he took it as a sign I wanted to race. Light turns green, he takes off like a bat out of hell and I go to McDonalds :biglaugh:

In other news, a Geo Metro was behind me at one point in my adventures today and the guy driving it looked like he was in a hurry. I didn't want any of that action, haha...I gladly let him pass.

I let them do their thing while I just enjoy cruising my way. In their imaginery race with me in the end they win nothing. yep, every supra owner on the planet has this problem.
It comes with the car, just take it easy and dont pay any mind to them because in the end they get the ticket not you.

I' m one of these mini van drivers but I dont do it on purpose im just trying to get away from people seeing me drive a minivan at the lights and to make things worse my mini van has a jesus fish on the back.

Werd. I know but I will admit it can be very irritating after awhile. It takes a lot of self control and it's probably another reason why I shouldn't get a more powerful car besides not being able to afford it. If I had a turbo I just know I would be tempted to show the other guy who could beat who. Silly reasoning to some, but I know how I am.:naughty:

^^ I totally understand what you mean, It does get annoying, but having the windows down, and pointing and laughing at the guy haulin ass away from you, with everyone watching is actually pretty funny. cause people notice some van thinkin some ricer kid is driving the supra and then the supra just cruises off.
