Who can buy butterfly knives in their area?

I had one of these years back, and lost it during a move. I've always wanted to pick up another one, but every place I visit appears to have banned them, as though they are more dangerous than switchblades & firearms.

So... which areas still allow these to be sold?

I bough a few while I was in Munich, Germany. That's quite a trip for a butterfly knife though.

They are from $8-35. I'm guessing $35 for the bigger ones. But they are kinda hard to open and close smoothly. You dont want the ones that are too bright to see in the first picture because they are floral print....

I've got one sitting right next to me. It was $20 at a sporting goods store.
I used to think they weren't allowed here but they're everywhere pretty much, cheap too. Mine's alittle loose, it comes open when the lock is on so I don't use it for anything really, just to play with sometimes.

that's not true, in Va you can't get any knife with which the blade is stored in the handle and pops straight out of the handle...folding knives and butterflies are the only ones allowed as well as sheathed knives
