Accesable from underneath? or do I have to take the dash apart??

You can get to it from underneath. It's easier to deal with if you pull out the driver's seat though.

EDIT: It's a small black box, not unlike the tail lamp failure box. It'll be labeled too, but you won't see that until you've got it out.

It's mounted on the brake pedal "bracket"
