I have a pre89, so there are 87546549845 different temp sensors. I got my replacement temp sender for my aftermarket water temp gauge and want to put it in one of the existing holes on the engine.

My question in which sensor can i pull and which sensor can i splice into that will output the correct readings to the ECU?

My original setup didn't have AC but I wanted to retain it on this new car so I don't have the extra hole this time around.

That's backwards ;)
NA motors only have two as well iirc.

that don't make no sense :icon_bigg

I have a pre89 now, with pre89 harness with 3 plugs....all necessary wiring is there....if it was only meant for two then i wouldn't have the plugs on my harness?

JDM swap ;)

If you're not going to keep the stock gauge, you can use that spot for your new gauge.

It's the plug behind the metal bracket that holds the power steering res.
