Not from a reputable name brand gasket kit you mean...
Some of the cheap kits have some generic crap in them.

Ah, I see. The hole. Well, been a long time since I've seen that one even though I have a full set of turbo gaskets around here someplace. Perhaps as Mike suggested, an aftermarket one for the same application. If not I stand corrected. And it's been like 13 years. Cut me some slack eh? I did phrase it as a question, Alex

But i have a feeling it's the 22R-TE manifold to turbo gasket.
95% sure that the gasket in question is a t3 gasket, that goes between the manifold and turbo.

Yea, that's got to be it. The more I look at it, the more I think Zum is right and that's nothing that comes with a stock 7M...
That is a T4 turbine inlet gasket. Not a T3.. but a T4.

Is it definitely a gasket? It also looks like it could be one of the plates that goes in a 5-speed shifter. It's hard to see anything but flat metal in that picture, on my monitor at least.
