What size HG?

I just got my head machined, they took nine thousandths (.009) off and i gotta order a MHG and im not sure what size to order. The head is 115.91 mm.

.009 inch = 0.23mm
Add to stock thickness compressed = 1.37mm
1.60mm for the MHG

Was the block decked?

You need to add that to the stack then.

How would i determine how much was taken off the block?

Measure from the deck to the Main bearing saddle.

What is the size of an undecked block?

The only MHG's i can find come in 1.2 and 2mm, nothing in between..

There are 1.4's but 2.0mm is fine for you by the sounds of it.
