what plugs and gap to run

I was wondering whats the best plug to run, ngk coppers or v power and what would be a good gap to set, for 18 psi ?

I don't know what the best plug is, but I run the NGK 4644's and I love them. Mine are gapped lower than most I would think. Mine are currently gapped @ .020 or as close to that as I can get them. I highly doubt you'll need to go that low, but as Ian posted, we need to see your mods.

When I first read it I thought he was saying he had a .060 mm head gasket, then I was like, no way. I figured it had to be bored .060, but I didn't know if that was possible or not. My 2jz is bored .040 but I wouldn't go bigger than that.

NO NO my block is 20 over and the .060 is the thickness of my gasket from cometic the thickest one they offered
